Neneh Cherry back in Germany for the first time in almost five years

Neneh Cherry VB

How it all feels when your whole family makes music and are all successful with it? Neneh Cherry has just that honor. Already three times (“Buffalo Stance”, “Manchild” and “7 Seconds” in a duet with Youssou N’Dour) she has won the Top 3 German charts, her brother Eagle-Eye Cherry has released “Save Tonight”. Time radio hit and half sister Titiyo with “Come Along” also a Top 20 ranking. Her stepfather Don Cherry was a gifted jazz musician. Running! Her jazz daddy made her way from her hometown Stockholm to the USA and all over Europe so that she was able to make contact with musicianas from an early age. At the age of 24, she was number one in her home country – that’s 31 years ago. But so many years later, Neneh Cherry continues to be active and released their current studio album “Broken Politics” in October, which received good reviews. She is playing two gigs in Germany on the recently started Australia / Europe tour! A chance to be perceived! Tickets are already scarce, here are the dates:

19.2. Cologne, Carlswerk Victoria
20.2. Berlin, Astra
